Oh Goodie!

This recipe from Pinterest did not disappoint!
Berry Cobbler

I'm thinking this will be doubled and be just fine for the family reunion.

Berry Cobbler

Ingredients:
Two 12-16 oz bags frozen mixed berries
1 box white or yellow cake mix (no pudding) I used a butter, yellow cake.
1 can or 12 oz. of diet 7-up or sierra mist (clear soda)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray your pan with a vegetable spray.
Place frozen fruit evenly in a 9x13 baking dish. Add dry cake mix over the top. Pour soda slowly over cake mix. DO NOT stir the cake mix and the pop - this will give you a 'crust'. If you stir the two, you will have a cake like topping.

Bake 350 for 45-50 min. Mine took 55-60 minutes so just keep checking on it.

You may be able to use frozen peaches instead of mixed berries.

This yumminess came from her blog. This could not have been any easier or faster to put together and was really good. I'm recommending it to you.
