How's Your New Year Going?

Well don't we all have the privilege to have a HAPPY new year.

I really feel so much is in our control.

 I am definitely having  a HAPPY 2013.

I found this imagine on Pinterest and thought I would use my lavender in this way.  It just says SPRING to me - even though my Arizona winters are mild I'll wait just a bit to do this.

I'm heading NORTH soon to spend some time with family and leaving this sunny winter for below freezing days.  SLK, Hazel and Cisco will be holding-down-the-fort.  I'm currently scrambling to find warm clothes to pack.  I hope to be able to blog a little and share snowy pictures but I'll just wait and see if that works out or not.

Sending you love and the very best of wishes for your   HAPPY 2013.

That's Not My Problem

Being Underweight
This is what I recently read and you can find it here:
It’s easy to equate fleshiness with obesity, but “fullness is a sign of youth,” says Batayneh. “People are afraid of gaining weight to look better, but that’s what cosmetic fillers do — restore the plumpness to the face.”

Being chronically underweight can also affect your insides, contributing to infertility, anemia and osteoporosis — potentially shaving six to seven years off of a life.

Guess I should feel sorry for those skinny-on-purpose people.

I have the opposite problem, plumpness - though I've really been working on it.

Is the grass always greener on the other side???

I read once that the best face lift is a SMILE. I soooo agree with that!

Here's to smiling and laughter. Love, love, love them both.
