Sunday Post Script

I forgot to mention that our Saturday morning started out with a trip across the street to our neighbors garage sale. Jake scored a game for his Play Station. He was amazed and thrilled since it would have cost $50 and we got it for. . . . drum roll please. . . . $2. He said he would be glad to pay me back, and of course I could just gift it but the grammy in me thought this lesson would be good. . .

Vacuum the living room and that's a good payment. He thought that was a bargain. Isn't he so darling. He also helped me grind wheat into flour for some healthy and delish bread. Oh you know I found somethings to purchase too, the movie Crossing Delancey, an old favorite of mine, fun story and good cha cha music Come Softly To Me (I love to cha cha), soft sided china storage containers, and a 3D puzzle of hot air balloons.
I dare you to click, listen and see if you don't want to cha cha. Plus, you get to see a young Dick Cla.rk on Band.stand.

Here's that darling, crazy boy swimming in our chilly water between sessions of conference. Thursday our temp is to get up to 98* and I bet that chilly water will feel good again.

Sitting in a chair in the pool. Just plain kid fun. SLK and I love grand times.

Got to go, time to hang the just washed sheets out on the solar drier. P.S. I've got a good post at Butte-iful Sister's on a family surviving hurricane Ike in Texas I hope you'll read. I really want you safe and prepared. Thanks.
