What an event we attended at Emily & Matt's house (and his brother Morgan) in Canby last night. Morgan built his own barbecue, spit, rotisserie then roasted an 85 pound pig stuffed with a 20 pound turkey in the pigs belly. It was a combination neighborhood block party with family and friends included...lucky us. I baked a pan of yeast rolls to take along and add to the buffet. We had a lot of visiting, badminton and eating going on. Thanks for the invite family.

'Been to Canby... a few times. But never roasted a pig there.

C-never would have imagined that much meat could disappear so quickly.
