. . . being my friend: You have my love, loyalty and I'll do most anything for you. The bad, I call you up on a Monday morning and tell you Kirby and I spotted a cool table in the neighborhood on our morning walk and would you help me pick it up and get it home. Mind you it was with curb-side trash!! Good old KMS came to my rescue and this was a very heavy dude of a table. It reminds me of Jody's with strong, heavy wooden base and then a formica woodgrain top. The two ends drop and/or the two leaves can be added or substracted. This is a find. I've hosed it down for the time being.
I'm wondering how in the world will I explain this one to SLK!!!! And when he asks me just where am I going to put it I won't have a decent answer. I'm thinking the green wooden part of this table would look good painted black. Any ideas? Maybe one of my daughter's will need it in a new condo/apt./home someday soon. And a bonus!!! For you dear friends that remember dear friend
Chris Price, she has a blog and we can keep in touch with her at this location:
http://www.mylifeisahoot.blogspot.com/ . Funny how yesterday in R.S. a story was told by Noelene about a set of twins (not her's) that brought a hose (running) into their kitchen and got it all wet. I was thinking that Chris did that too and her kids thought she was such a fun mom and I felt very boring...but dry. Bye for now, I have to go check out Chris's blog.
BIG THANKS TO KMS KATHY!!!

Oh, man, was I one of the twins in Noleen's story? I don't remember something like that, but you never know!
p.s. love the table. Great find!
Let's hope, first, that your daughter actually gets her condo!!!
Well, I'm more like 2 years older than her twins (I think!) so hopefully it wasn't me.
Great table. I think the legs would loook fantastic black.
Ps-
Happy Birthday!
