Meat-less Eating (not meatless)

You already know I have been a reader of the NieNie Dialogs (Stephanie Nielson) for about 2 years. You also know of her and her husbands plane crash and their life battles they are fighting. I was touched by CJanes post yesterday about her sister NieNie and how the doctors say her body is so strong and battling infections. She then discussed the Word of Wisdom and Christian and Stephanie's adherance to it. It made me remember that I use to regularly visit Stephenie's blog where she shared her meat-less recipes - CuisineNie.
