Linny's home!!!
He excitedly hopped around on 3 legs and thumped his tail a lot once he was laying down. I have to leave her tonight for a stake RS meeting but the crock pot is full of chicken and chili goodness she and SLK can eat. I'll get the rice going right after I finish this. Tomorrow morning she'll be on her own again while Leslie B. and I go to the cannery in Mesa to can chicken chucks to add to our food storage. The thought of working on the cannery line, shoving raw chicken in cans isn't appealing. . . and it's hard work, but building up the food storage with a good protein source is appealing. Leslie B is always so fun to be with also. I bet Linny sleeps a lot since she drove through the night to get here. She is a crazy girl!! I love all my crazy girls and boys. My heart is so happy to have the birdie return to the nest even for a short time.
