I love finding neighborhood garage sales while Kirby and I are on our morning walks. Such kind people in this area letting my big dog and I peruse their items in our sweaty duds and no make up. Of course Kirby always looks good and is such a magnet. People just love him and invite him into the garage and end up petting him. I find goodies and neighbors I've never met gladly set them aside until I complete my walk, get home and then drive back with cash in hand without dog. Here's what I scored yesterday, Friday.
2 new Hardy Boys Mystery books, Veggie Tales Easter Carol DVD, clock radio, harmonica, halter and lease for Snowball, Jane Austin book, Raggedy Ann and Andy and half sheet 3 ring binder. All for under $6.00. Needs, wants, funs, whatever. I've already put the radio on the patio and did yard work to fun music this morning. Grands have already tested the harmonica and approved. What do you think of my finds this week-end? Do you cringe knowing I will gift you some of them?
Today was a very awkward 2 miler. Kirby has a bad limp and I made him stay home. I don't think you can imagine how weird it is to walk without my buddy. My arms felt so lost. I think we may end up at the vets on Monday. If you are a dog lover you will understand how very sad this is to me. What a big love.

Sure hope you disinfected that harmonica before the kids got a hold of it!!! Hope Kirby will be OK. hugs
Great finds! We'll add Kirbs to our Family Fast on Sunday! ;)
I just "rediscovered" your blog. I know I had seen it long ago but some how lost track of it. It's fun to keep up with you even though I don't see you as much being in nursery. I love your garage sale finds. Garage sales are a favorite hobby of mine!
Loves!
