I got my three tomato plants planted along with a mound each of zucchini and yellow straight neck squash. I'm so excited that it just might be a bit silly. Some of my 2 year old Bell pepper plants are looking bedraggled but a little new growth is showing and there is plenty of hope. I can't say my gardening is pretty but if it's productive I'm satisfied.
I am so very grateful to MTN for sharing her citrus with us. What a yummy treat and blessing. My friend Margareta also gave me two bags of oranges. SLK and I just eat them up so quickly.
Getting a bit artsy here. Or trying. Isn't the inside just beautiful. What a creation!
And for those of you blessed with just picked off the tree citrus, you know it isn't anything like the store bought kind. Just like your garden tomatoes vs. store bought. Ooh these were so good and sweet.
SLK was kind and put up the solar screens this past week-end thinking it was getting too hot. Well, we are back into the 70's for a few days and the sun isn't getting through to warm up the house. Oh well, guess I'll just go outside to eat lunch and read my scriptures and soak up a little vitamin D. Tough life isn't it. Yes, I am counting my blessings. But if it were cold or rainy I'd just bundle up and still count my blessings for a warm blanket or sweater. 3

OK...so I'm enjoying your "sunshine" pictures and comments as I look at the rain out the window. I am so jealous. BUT IT IS GREEN AND CLEAN HERE!!!
(Want to trade???) Love ya, Skippie
The oranges look very yummy!
My trees are still loaded with oranges, lemons and pink grapefruit! I need to have a citrus picking party! Your tomato plants are awesome!
Skippie-yes, I'll trade. . . in August! Come down and enjoy this great time of year with me please.
C-wish we could share some with you.
T-I forgot those pink grapefruit. Let's invite all the OR, UT & PA family down for that party.
