Note how the girls are dressed according to the local weather conditions. I can only hope that the little clouds in the AZ frame actually happen and give us a little shade today. But I can still say ahhh, we are starting to breathe here with relief. Although this week Jesse was chuckling when I told him, in my excited voice, that we were down into the 90's now!!! Today we are to get up to 98*. It's all relative folks.

I'm grateful to have survived another AZ summer and can look forward to:
planting annuals, barbecuing without burning up myself, walking the dog without a visor to catch the sweat or hosing the dog down prior to the walk, roses blooming in December, getting excited every time a V of honking Canada geese fly overhead, driving with the sun roof open and windows down, welcoming my darling family from cold climates needing love, fun and thawing.
