Emergency run to the ER, x-rays, broken and dislocated elbow.
Out with propofol (just like Michael J.), elbow manipulated into place and casted. Much damage to nerves, tendons and muscles. Do NOT underestimate "soft tissue" pain.
Thankful for good pain meds, then home.
Haven't been able to use my right arm, yes I'm right handed so have been extremely limited.
A few of those weeks were without make-up and styled hair...you'd think Halloween came early at our house just looking at me!
Cast off, in therapy and doing much better.
Doctor said by Christmas I should be back to normal.
I'm planning on making that goal date Thanksgiving.

So sorry to hear about the elbow! Makes my stomach turn just thinking about it! But...on the other hand that could be the twin pregnancy hormones doing that...
Propofol is fun isn't it? Had it when my egg retrieval was done and it was the best sleep I've ever had!
